If an ATM transaction or debit card purchase looks suspicious (based upon your previous usage), we’ll alert you to verify that the card is being used by its rightful owner. It is possible that we do not have a current phone number or email address on file for you. If our Fraud Center is unable to reach you concerning a suspicious transaction, your ATM or debit card might be temporarily blocked to protect your account. If our Fraud Center was unable to speak directly to you, they will leave a message that directs you to contact them by calling 800.417.4592 toll-free. This 24/7 service can confirm transactions and cancel your card if you have not authorized the transaction.
