The security of your account is our top priority.  Our Debit Card Fraud Center uses industry-leading technology to help prevent account fraud. If a Debit Card withdrawal or purchase appears suspicious (based upon your previous spending history), our Fraud Center will reach out to verify that the debit card is being used by its rightful owner, and the questionable transactions have been authorized by you.  If the questionable transactions are unauthorized or our Fraud Center is unable to reach you, the debit card may be temporarily blocked from further transactions to protect your account.

Please ensure our Fraud Center has your current phone(s) or email address on file for you by either contacting your local Inwood Branch or our Customer Care Department @ 214-351-7330. You can also send us a secure email by logging into your online banking account or by clicking here.

If our Fraud Center was unable to speak to you at the time of the suspicious transaction(s), they will leave a message that will direct you to contact them by calling 855-293-2456 toll-free.  Our Fraud Center is a free 24/7 service that is there to assist you by confirming the suspicious transactions to keep your card active or cancel your card to prevent further fraudulent transactions.
