Fraud Alert: Don't Become A Victim

Did someone contact you and ask you to:

- Provide your online banking credentials (posing as Inwood Fraud Center or Inwood Employee)

- Pay for tech support because they discovered your information on the dark web

- Help a family member in trouble (pay bail, ransom, avoid arrest or deportation)

- Help a service member who needs money

- Pay IRS (overdue taxes)

- Ask you to withdraw money from your account and deposit it to Bitcoin for protection

- Purchase gift cards and provide them with the PIN numbers for any of the reasons mentioned above

If you answer yes, HANG UP. IT'S A SCAM!!

Remember: We would never ask you for your online credential and our Fraud Center would NEVER ask for your full card number, PIN, or the 3-digit code on the back of your card.
