In our continuing efforts to keep your accounts secure, we’ve improved our alert system for potential card fraud. Here’s how it works.
- When potential fraud is detected, you will receive a text alert with the option to reply with “fraud” or “no fraud”.
- If there is no response received, you will then receive automated phone calls to confirm or deny fraud. If you confirm fraud, you will be connected to a fraud analyst.
Remember - our messages will never ask for your PIN, full card number or account number.
The number for our Fraud Center has changed for phone 1-800-417-4592 or text 32874. If you add these numbers to your phone contacts and label it “Fraud Center”, it will display on your phone whenever you get a call or text from this number.
Coming this fall, we will add an email alert.
