Inwood Bank Notice to Customers
As a preventive measure to reduce the spread of the coronavirus, and for the health and safety of you, your family, and our employees, beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020, we will be changing our approach to conducting business inside our branch locations.
Branch drive-thru service will be available for deposits, check cashing, Cashier’s Check, loan payments, and any other transaction you would typically conduct at the teller window. Our branch ATMs are also available for cash withdrawals and deposits.
Our bank lobbies will be temporarily restricted from walk-in traffic. Limited lobby services such as new account opening, wire transfers, and debit cards will be available by request. Any other in-lobby services will be by appointment. Please call 214-351-7330 and our Customer Care Agents will assist you with contacting an employee at your local branch.
Certain branches without a drive-thru will be open normal hours. You can check the hours of our branch network on our website by clicking on the Locations tab.
We recommend using our digital services to conduct your daily banking. You can utilize our online banking and mobile banking to access your accounts, check balances, transfer money, deposits checks, pay bills, and make loan payments.
