Minimum one year of experience preferred, prior banking experience a plus.  Heavy cash handling, including but not limited to counting, receiving or disbursing money or executing financial transactions.  

Electronic Banking Representative

Job Summary

The Electronic Banking Representative is responsible for performing operational support duties of the Electronic Banking Department.

Essential Job Functions

 Assists the Electronic Banking Manager as directed.  

  1. Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel.
  2. Performs customer setups; prepares contracts and maintains customer files
  3. Responds to telephone and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner; monitors product usage and system operation; resolves problems within given authority.
  4. Assists in the coordination and support of audits and examinations.
  5. Provides clerical assistance in training Bank personnel on the features and benefits of Electronic Banking and bill payment products and services.
  6. Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; and participates in special department projects.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
